It’s with acceptance of God’s will, we announce _the passing on of Mwalimu Justin Mutegi Marete formerly of Muraga. Technical Secondary School, at Texas Cancer Centre after a brave battle with Cancer on 26/01/2018.

Son of the late Francis Marete and Margaret Marete of Chaigu Village. Son-in-law of Samuel Karogo and Mary Karogo of Kihingo Moro, Beloved husband of Teresia Mutegi of lkuu Boys High School, Father of Anthony Mwandiki Chuka Hospital, Jane Gatwiri-Thika, Cynthia Gatugi Duda-Tech, Liz Frida Muthoni Eminent Fashion Line, Mane Makena – St. Martin CSA, Vivian Mwende – Technical University, Morris Murimi Kiurani Secondary and Praise Mutug,i —Bright Rose Academy, Father-In-law of Nyangi, Rugenyi and Macharia, Grandfather of Ryan, Mitchelle, Sean, Ethan and Jayden,

Brother of Jane Kamundi, Esther, Murungi, Kellen Mbae and Jacqueline Marete. Brother-in-law of The late Kamundi, Kurungi, Dr. Nkoroi, Kagai, Maina, Mwangi,Waitherero,Kamali and Ndirangu. Guardian of Christine Kendi.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily from 4:00 p.m. at their home in Chaigu Village and Ikuu Boys High School for prayers and Funeral Arrangement.

The Cortege leaves Chogoria Hospital Mortuary on Friday, 2nd February 2018.

Prayers will be held at PCEA St. Lukes Nkubui Church from 10:30a.m. Thereafter, he will be laid to rest at the family home in Chaigu Village, Thigaa, Maara Sub-County, Tharaka Nithi County.
