It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mwalimu Moses Ritho Wachira on 17/512020 following a short illness.
Husband of Grace Wanjiku Ritho. Father to Maureen Wangechi and Evelyn Wanjiru. Grandfather of Kayla Nyawira. Father-in-law of Dennis Wachira. Son of Rev Isaac Wachira and Lilies Wangechi (Othaya). Son-in-law of the late Josphat Muiruri and Serah Wanjiru of Ol- joro Orok. Brother of the late James Wachira, Jane Mugo, Phoebe Kagure, Josephine Wambui, Dr.Gatithi Wachira, David Muiko, Joshua Gachihi and Caleb Mburu. Brother-in-law of Elizabeth (Kijabe), Mugo, Sangale, Sarah, Joyce, Njeru (all from Nairobi), Wambui and Muthoni (From Othaya) and from Nyandarua, the late Wanja, Njeri, Njoki, Wangui, Njoroge and Maina. He was an Uncle and friend of many.
The cortege leaves Outspan Hospital Mortuary, Nyeri on Thursday 21st May 2020 for a funeral service at graveside and burial thereafter at Nyamari Village, Gitundu Sub location in Iriani Othaya.
From dust we come, to dust we shall return. Glory to God.
Moses Ritho after years of good health my good classmate and buddy in njumbi high school, finished the race that was set before him. Much we learnt together growing up in school then.. including the importance of fearing God and how to stand strong during the storms. Just when we thought of coming together as our class year reunion we learnt that yu went to be with yur maker. We would ask questions but we know for sure yu are in a better place where if we keep the faith we shall reunite at the lords feet. We celebrate a General’s homegoing and the legacy he has left in many generations.
Your mansion in heaven is complete joy it my friend and know that Class 83 love and miss yu already. Continue to rest in peace

Hey dad I know we spent alot of time together. I miss you the times on your shoulders and the time when all I wanted was safety…its so hard for me to let go..I am losing years after you left I can’t even keep a family together because all I want is to.be a dad’s little girl..I love you so much I just want a day with you just one but God decided you were a better angel I can’t move on I need a sign dad if you my angel give me one because am stuck in a loop I can’t get out of I want you back..but life is all different… REST IN PEACE MOSES RITHO WACHIRA
