Mwalimu Peter Mwangi Kamau

It is with humble acceptance to God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mwalimu Peter Mwangi Kamau, Principal Ombeyi Secondary School Kisumu and formerly Principal of St. Maurice Lunyu.

Son of the late Zacharia Kamau and Regina Wanjiku. Husband of Jane Wairimu Mwangi, teacher at AIC Kiptuimet Secondary School. Father of Arthur Kamau Mwangi, (Rift Valley Technical Training), Ian Muchiri Mwangi (Dedan Kimathi University) and Alvan Muya Mwangi (Teddy Centre Academy). Brother of Florence Njeri, Samuel Muya, Mary Nyambura, Catherine Wanjiru and the late James Wamugunda. Son in-law of the late Peter Muchiri and Lilian Wangui. In-law of Muhindi, Kamau, Nganga, Prof. Mucai, Nduta, John, Isaac, Wanjiru and Jack.

There will be a fundraising on Monday, 19th August 2019 at his residence in Kobos Centre.

The cortege leaves Cherangany Nursing Home mortuary on Wednesday, 21st August 2019 at 09.00 AM. Burial will be held at his farm in Kobos Centre on the same date.
