Mwalimu Peter Waweru Kimani

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Mwalimu Peter Waweru Kimani, former senior lecture’s, Kagumo Teachers College.

Son of the late Albert Kimani Mochu and Jane Wambui of Kangawa Village, Ngong. He was the eldest brother of the late Susan Wanjiru, Josephine Wanjiku and Peter Ndungu of Nkoroi, Joseph Mochu, the late Esther Wacheke, the late Stephen Ng’ethe, Mary Nduta, the late Jacinta Nyokabi, Paul Marimbe, Gabriel and Naomi Thiani and John and Serah Kariuki.

He is survived by his loving wife Jane Wangui Waweru, the immediate former headteacher of Mutuini Primary School, his children; James and Eunice Kimani, Macharia Waweru, and Wambui and Arthur Muneza. He was a doting grandfather to Ryan Waweru and Ethan Mundui.

Family and friends are meeting at their home in Dagoretti Market from 5.00pm to 7.00pm daily.

Family and friends will meet at Montezuma and Monalisa Funeral Home at 7:30am for viewing and thereafter proceed to the funeral service. The funeral service will he held on 5/04/2023 at 9.30am at St Mary’s Mission Hospital Hall, Langata.
