It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mwalimu Henry Ndung’u Kamanu (Wa Sue) former Deputy Headmaster Karakuta Primary School on Monday the 1St March 2021.

Husband to the Late Agnes Njeri and Esther Njeri. Beloved son of the Late Kamanu Muiriri and the Late Monica Wanjiku. Son in-Law to the Late Ndabi Kariuki & Elizabeth Njoki and the Late Willy Munyambu & Sarah Wanjiku. Father to Susan Gathoni, Elizabeth Njoki, Moses & Dorcas Kamanu, Helen Kinuna, Wilfred & Naomi Munyambu, Martha Wanjiku and Haron Kamanu. Brother to Felistas Kinuna, Jacinta Njeri, the Late James Mbure, the Late John Ngaruiya, Simon Makuno, Margeret Githio Ng’ang’a, Gabriel Ndung’u, Paul Ndung’u, Joseph Mburu, John Ngaruiya,Raphael Wahogo, Daniel Karari and many others. Brother-in-law of Stephen Kariuki, Mary Wathoni, Irene Kanuna, Lawrence Kibicho Ndabi (MCA Mangu Ward), Margeret Nduhu, Gladys Mumo, Samuel, Muiruri, Matthew Ndung’u Munyambu and many others. Uncle to Pius, Nancy, Benadette, George, Njuguna and many others. Grandfather to Ndegwa, Ashaley, Elvy, Wawey, Gift, KJ, Agnes, Ndung’u, Ng’ang’a, Njeri, Hope, Jeremy and Jeff.

Family and friends are meeting daily at home in Mangu — Mutuma village at 4.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta Funeral home (Thika Road) on 9th March 2021 for mass at St. Anns Mutuma Catholic Church at 11:00Am and thereafter burial at his home at Mutuma village, Mangu location, Gatundu North, Kiambu county.
