Mwalimu Samuel Njuguna Wahome

It is with great sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sad demise of Mwalimu Samuel Njuguna Wahome which occurred on 16th August 2018 following a short illness.

Beloved Son of the Late David Wahome Njuguna and the Late Irene Nyawira Wahome. Loving Husband of Loise Nyambura Njuguna and loving Father of Irene Nyawira Njuguna, David Wahome Njuguna and Stephen Gachuhi Njuguna. Brother of Miriam Wairimu Irungu, Jane Wangeci Kariuki, Godfrey Nderitu Wahome, Philip Kagika Wahome, Elizabeth Wanjiru Wahome, Rachael Mwiyeria Gitonga and Naomi Muthoni Ndirangu and father in law of Jackline Nyambura Gachuhi. Brother in law of Gathoni, Late Njoki, Njeri, Kamoche, Mwenda, Wanjiru and Wambui. And Grand father of Imara, Ziada and Naima.

Family and friends are meeting at his home in Roosters Thome Estate and his rural home in Nyeri, Ihururu daily from 5.00pm.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta university Mortuary on Friday 7th September 2018 at 6.30 am followed by a funeral service at Ngooru Catholic Church, Nyeri Ihururu at 10.30 am.

Thereafter, the burial ceremony will take place at the family farm in Kahuririo, Ihururu Village, Nyeri at 2.00 pm.

The Lord Gave Samuel Njuguna and the Lord has taken Him away. May you rest in eternal peace. AMEN
