Son of the late Misak Ogongo and Miriam Okidi Ogongo, stepson of the late Beldina Ogongo. Loving and adoring father of the late Lt. Col David Owiti Ongolo, jane,Tom, the late Mary Onyango, George, Rose, the. late Wilkister Amadi, James, Judy, Mildred and jack. Brother of the late Kepha Ongong’a, Samson Aloo, Fanuel Odedejactone Awino, Margaret Abony, Adah Ogony (all the late). Cousin of the late Chiama Owandho,Yonah Odeyo, Peter Okelo,Agrey Odeyo, Bathlomeu Nyabola,Albert Gunga (all the late), Samba Okaya, Michael Owii, Naboth Oyienyo, Ogola Musa.
