Mzee Daniel Omol Okech

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing on of Mzee Daniel Omol Okech (retired Postmaster General, GPO, Nairobi) on March 20, 2021.

Son to the late Abisalom Okech and the late Truphena Apondi. Stepson to the late Jane and Cecilia. Husband to the late Teresia and the late Phoebe Omol. Father to Jenipher, Philip, Nellie (KNH), Rosemary (PostBank, Kakamega), Millicent (PostBank Sacco, Nairobi), Cate (Ukwala), Judith, Florence, Paul, Pamela (Nairobi Women’s Hospital), Edward Opiyo, Sharon, Maureen, Brenda, Collins, Stephen and Sarah. Brother to Paul Owuor, Wilson Okech, Jared Othwila, aurice Ogutu, Samuel, Yunia Mungala, Yuanita Ouma and Apolos Omondi, among others. Grandfather and great grandfather to many.

He will be buried on April 3, 2021 at his home Lugingo in North Ugenya, Siaya County, next to BarAchuth Dispensary and St Paul’s ACK Church.
