Mzee Leonard Okoth (Leo)

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mzee Leonard Okoth (Leo) of Karadolo Mauna.

Son of the late Ogutu Misingo and Olero Nyar Gweya. He was the husband of the late Mama Bernadetta Mala, Agnes and Esther. Brother of the late John Msingo, Andrea Ndira, Alfred Opondo and Okongo. Father of Engineer Vitalis Leo, Jane Orega, CoItem Omondi, Sam Julius Otieno, Zacheous Ong’or, Jacinter Otieno, Monica Ogola, David Oduor, Sara, Musa, Anthony and Samuel.

Father-in-law of Winnie, Joyce, Olivia, William, Sam Ogola, Joseph (RIP), George. Grandfather of Andrew, Bernard, Jennifer, George, Bernadette, Pattie, Doreen, Stella, Janet, George, Leo-Valentine, Giddy (RIP), Arnold, Linda, Olivia, Kevin, Henry, Ricky, Bakita, Noella, Nolly, Mary Anne, Bernard, Paul, Lavenda, Benita, Rose, Leonard, George, Hans, Gift, Prince and eight great Grandchildren.

Uncle to Dan Msingo, Stans Laus, Ndira, Steven Ogutu, Charles Opondo, Mary, Jennifer, Anieta, Magdalene, Teresa, Anna etc.

The cortege leaves Ukwala Sub County Hospital Mortuary for a requiem mass at Ukwala Catholic Church at 12.00 noon on Friday 7/9/2018 then proceed to his home in Karadolo for overnight vigil.

The burial will be on Saturday 8th September 2018.

Fundraising will be on Wednesday 5/9/2018 from 5pm at Ofala Memorial Kisumu
