Mzee Richard Muturi Kamau

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Richard Muturi Kamau on 2nd March after a long illness.

Son of the late Benjamin Kamau and the late Mary Wangari. Husband of Mary Wangeci Muturi. Father of Georgina Njoki, Martin Kamau, Stephen Gikonyo and David Kamenderi. Father-in-law of Terry Kyee. Brother of David Kamenderi, Jane Gathoni, John Njuguna, Nahashon Nganga, Wangui, Njeri, Muthoni, Wambui, the late Ngugi and Ndung’u. Grandfather of Chris, Michelle, Lama, Hanna, Ivan and Nana. Uncle of Kamau, Muchiri, Ruth, Jane, Wangare and Naomi among others.

Family and friends are meeting daily to fellowship at his home in Riruta Satellite.

The cortege leaves KU Memorial Home on Tuesday 10th March at 9arn.The funeral mass and burial will be held on the same day from 11am at Junu Village, Kigoro Sub location, Gatanga in Muranga County.
