With deep sadness and heartfelt gratitude to God, we announce the passing of our beloved Patriarch—Mzee Stephen Ongori-Mang’abo—on 8th November 2025, after a remarkable and impactful journey spanning from 1934 to 2025.
Mzee Stephen was a devoted husband of the late Helen Bosiboril and Rachel Magoma, a pillar of strength and wisdom in their home.
He was a loving father of Ruth, Nyaboke. Jane, Dr-Josephine, Rael, Reuben, Elijah, Naomi, Kennedy, Wycliffe, Vincent, Irene, McLoud, Maureen, and Douglas, and a cherished grandfather and great-grandfather to many.
His life was a testament to humility, resilience, faith, and unwavering commitment to family and community.Those who knew him will forever remember his kindness, his steady spirit, and the lessons he impacted through both words and example.
Fundraiser is on 25th November 2025 at the Maxwell SDA Church, LMS Building — 5:00 PM; Funeral Service: 26th November 2025 Maxwell SDA Church, Opposite Integrity Center — 10:00 AM and final funeral service & burial: 28th November 2025 Beibur, Njoro.
