Son of the late Cardinal Nelson Opilo Oyoo & the late Paskalia Nyagilo Opilo of Kaudha Village, Karading Location, Homa-Bay County.

Husband to Mama Mary Adhiambo Otieno. Son-in-law to the late Narkiso Muok Okita & Mama Philidia Ngare Muok of Nyarongi Primary School Kanyidoto.

Father to the late Pamela & John Mahero, George Nasser Okoth, Moses & Prisca Onyango, Isaiah & Sarah Oduor, Milly Sybel & Ken Wafula, Lilly & James Obote, Christabel & Eric Omondi, Caroline, & Salima & Philip Odongo.

Grandfather of Ruth, Cliff, Samuel,Tom, Fidel,Viola, Rina, Hillary, Henry, Tony, Mary Ada, Tom, Timothy, Sydney, Shantel, Alister, Brandon, Jose, Trevor, Jemo, Mary Nyakwes, Ella, Ashley & Allon. Great-grandfather of Wesley, Syble, Emmanuel & Sandra.

There will be a fund-raiser at New Life SDA Church – Nairobi on 04/07/2022 from 5.00pm. Contributions may also be made on Pay-bill No: 8047205 – Thomas Opilo Funeral Fund.

His body is currently lying at Kirindo Funeral Home. The cortege will be removed on Thursday 07/07/2022 & thereafter a funeral service will be held Rabuor SDA Church. He will be buried on Friday 08/07/2022 at his home in Kanyangasi Village.
