It is with sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mzee Zebedeyo Nyachiro Makaru of Nyabisimba (Kenyenya) Nyamira County, which occurred on 5th February, 2023.

A loving husband to the late Ebisiba Mon’gina Nyachiro.

Brother to the late Opande, Arasa, Mosomi, Nyabate, Bochaberi, Ondieki, Matara, Nyangara. Brother-in-law to Nyanchamas, Monyenche, the late Obonyo, Ongweso, Nyarega, Nyamache, Omwega, Gechemba, Nyakara and Ogato.

Father to Alice Ombworo, Moses Obi, the late Mary Machoka, Edina Nyarige, Evalyne Momanyi, Jemimmah Abuta, Eunice Mokeira, Josephine Ombene, Kennedy Nyachiro former HIT Eronge D.E.B Primary School. Father-in-law to Ombworo, the late Sophia, the late Machoka, Nyarige, Jones, Abuta, Ombene, Lucy. Grandfather to 32, Great-grandfather to 50, Great-great-grandfather to 11.

Uncle to Onyancha’s, Nyakundi’s, Jones, Nyamoita’s, Nyaboke’s, Nyauma’s, Nyangau’s,Arisi’s, obiero’s, Josephine’s, Maengu’s, among others.

Korera to the late Amenyas, Borayas, Kenagwas, Ogaos, Nyaigotis, Nyakundis, Matundas, the late Muhoro and Margaret Muthoni.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home for funeral arrangements.

A fundraiser will be held on 14th Feb 2023.

The cortege leaves Ibara Funeral Home on 16th February, 2023 for burial on 17th February, 2023 at his home Nyabisimba (Kenyenya) Nyamira County.
