Ndumba Mbogori

It is with profound sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Ndumba Mbogori which occurred on 11/08/2018 in Meru.

He was the well loved son of the late Eliphelet Mbogori and the late Florence Tirindi Mbogori. Brother to Dr. Kimathi Mbogori, the late Mwiti Mbogori, Nangithia Mbogori, Kiriinya Mbogori, Rhoda Nkatha, Rugendo Mbogori, the late Mwenda Mbogori, Kinyua Mbogori, Kagwiria Mbogori and Mercy Karamana Mbogori. Father to Liz Gacheri, Martin Mutiga and Brian Muriithi Njau whom he had with the late Francisca Nyambura. Ndumba was grandfather to Mya Nkirote. Brother-in-law to Catherine Kimathi, Margaret Nangithia, Juliet Wanja, Pauline Rugendo, Lucy Mwenda, Judith Kinyua and James Ndereba. He was uncle to 17 nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held at his home in Ruanguene, Kithoka in Meru on Thursday 16th August 2018 from 10:00am.

Family and friends will hold meetings at All Saints Cathedral Nairobi on Tuesday (14) and Wednesday (15) from 5:30 pm.

It is possible to provide security against other ills, but as far as death is concerned, we men live in a city without walls. Epicurus
