It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce untimely death of Nelson Kaumbali M’Italakua, former Manager with National Irrigation Board, on Wednesday 11/11/2020 at Nyambene District Level 4 Hospital.

Son of the late Wilson M’Italakua and Lucy Kariu Ciobai Mwendwa. Son-in-law of the late Joseph Randa and the late Supurina Akumu. Husband of the late Agnes Kaumbali, and father of Rose, Karimi, Nancy, Kinyua and Mwendwa. Brother of Atuuma, Murungi of Nakuru, Kathao, Rigiri, the late Muroki, Mithika, the late Buantai, Ntoiti, Nkatha, Susan, Kaberia, Kajuki, Kainda, Ciongondu, Mathiru, Thirindi, Kaituju, Kabuko, Ncororo and the late Silas Nkunja. Kaumbali. Uncle of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home Ithanja village, at his brother’s (Mithika) home in Kawiru and Mulerene Pillar Hotel (Kaciongo) Maua Town, from 6:00pm to 8:00 p.m for prayers and funeral arrangement.

The cortege leaves Nyambene District Level 4 Mortuary on Wednesday 18th November 2020 at 11:00 a.m for funeral service at MCK Ntuene Church and later burial at his home Ithanja village Meru County.
