It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing on of our Patriarch Nelson Nzove Kitua.

He was a loving husband to his dear wives Tabitha Kavemba and Late Phyllis Wayua. Son of Late Kitua Kauma and Late Mbulu Kitua. Father to Late Damaris Kanini, Late Duncan Masaku, Janet Kimondo, Philip Muendo, Late Benjamin Wasua, Phoebe Masha, Abednego Muteti, Loise Mutuku, Rhael Muema, Ruth Wambua, Joyce Heya, Jacinta Change, Catherine Kamau, Elizabeth Mwikali, Redempta Mbuva and Derrick Mutinda. Doting father-in-law to Rhael Masaku, Dorcas Muendo, Hydah Wasua, Francisca Muteti and Zipporah Mutinda.

Sons-in-law are Stephen Mainga, John Masha, Rev. Gesmark Kisoi, Shedrack Mwangangi, Joel Mwandoko, Lt. Col. Pascal Heya, Henry Change, Stanley Kamau, & Kelvin Mbuva.

Grandfather to Andrew Masaku, Paul Kimondo, Sam Wasua, Dr. Moses Masha,John Muema, Hobson Heya, Boniface Mutongoi, Denis Kioko, Eric Muteti, Alex Nzove, Mike Mbuva, Fabrice Mutinda, Josephine Mutheu, Nancy Mwende, Lucy Muteti, Sarah Kalekye, Sarah Waeni, among many others. He is the Great-Grandfather to 17 lovely kids.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Machakos Town on Saturday, 6th August 2022 at 7: 15am. Funeral Service will be at Kilungu Primary School, near AIC Sakai at Waia-Kako Ward – Makueni County at 10.00am followed by interment at his nearby rural home.

You have fought a good, worthy and noble fight, you have finished the race, and you have kept the faith. May the name of the Lord be praised!
