Daughter of the late Jamleck Mwangi and Teresiah Wanjiku.

Loving sister of Hon Maina Karobia MP-EALA, John Gichanga, Millicent Wanjiru and Dennis Irungu.

Sister-in-law of Eunice Muthoni and Aunt of Leo Mwangi. She was a cousin and Niece of many.

Friends and family are meeting on Thursday 16th May 2024 and Friday 17th May 2024 starting 6.00pm at All saints Cathredral-Nairobi and at family home in Gathukeini to organize the burial.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Funeral Home, Thika road at 8.30am on 21st Tuesday May 2024 for her final resting place at Kahinga village, Gathukeini Location, Muranga County.

Eternal rest grant unto her Oh Lord and let perpetual light shine upon Her.

May her soul rest in eternal peace. Amen.

Beloved wife of Zablon Matara. Loving mother of Lionel Adriano, Keyshia Kemunto and Lauren Matara (New Dawn School – Bondo).

Daughter-in-law of Araka Matara (KBC-Kisii), Teresa Matara (USA), Jeremiah, Lugard, Enock, Ezekiel, Sibia, Jackline, Martha, Eunice and Lilian.

Step-sister of Patricia, Mercy and Eugene. Sister-in-law of Veronica Matara (USA), Samuel (PCPB-Nrb), Nyamweyas, Naftal and Dennis.

Niece of the late Mathias Ikhokoro, John, Peter, Nim, the late Leonidas, the late Wilmina, Mary, Florence Kubai, Getrude, Felistus, Rose, Winfrida, Josephine, Jenifer and Antoine. Cousin of Beverlyne, Christabel, Claudia, Josephat, Erick, Benson and many others.

The cortege leaves KTRH Mortuary on Thursday 16th May 2024 for a requiem mass at Getembe Church of God in EA(Kenya) Kisii Town starting 10.00am. Funeral service will be held on Friday, 17th May 2024 next to Bobaracho Central SDA Church. She will be laid to rest the same day at Bobaracho, Kisii County.

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Charles Ndirangu Karanja (NCBA Bank, Kenol Branch) following a tragic road accident on Thursday 9th May 2024.

Charles was the son of the late Stephen Njuguna Karanja and Lydiah Njeri Karanja. Son-in-law to the late Jamen Allan Vikiru and the late Hellen Vikiru.

Beloved Husband to Faith Mideva Vikiru of KCB (TRM Branch). Father to Amanda Njeri and Stephen Njuguna.

Brother to the late Benson Karanja, Alex Mungai, Martin Wachiuri & Caroline Wanjiru and brother in law to Virginia Wanjiku and Ruth Nyakio. He was an uncle and cousin to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his residence, Croton Ridge Estate and their ancestral home in Wiyumirire Village, Laikipia County from 5:30 pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

There will be a requiem mass on Wednesday 15th May 2024 at 5.00pm at St Anthony of PADUA Catholic Church along Kenyatta Road.

The cortege will leave Outspan Hospital – Funeral Home on Friday 17th May, 2024 at 8:00 am. The funeral service will be held at his ancestral home in Wiyumirire Village, Laikipia County from 10.00am,

He was the dear husband of the late Emily Wairimu Waruingi.A beloved father of Sally ,Waigwa and Eddah,Wambui, the late Steven, Loise and Charles.Treasured grandfather of Maina,Waruingi, Muiruri, Makena, Mukami, Lily,Tatua, and Lee.

He was a brother of Rose Nyaguthii, Prof. Kahangidonathan Muraguri and Esther Wambui, the late Ann Wangari and Christopher Stone (US), Gatamu Waigwa. A cousin, uncle and friend of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at the All Saints’ Cathedral at 5.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements from Tuesday, 14th to Friday 17th of May 2024.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Kabati on Tuesday 21st May 2024 for the funeral service and burial at home in Muruguru, Nyeri at 10:00am.

Announcing the celebration of the life of Mr. John Kariuki Gituku a.k.a John Gituku Mugwai formerly of the University of Nairobi, Chiromo Campus. Until his demise he was a lecturer at Technical University of Kenya (TUK).

He was a loving husband of Winnie Wambui Gituku.

A devoted father of Nyokabi, Njeri and Wambui. Father-in-Law of Michael and Kabogo. Grandfather of Sean, Lemaiyan, Nigel, Ethan, Karanja, Gituku, Ragui and Wanjiru.

The burial will be held on Saturday May 18, 2024. Viewing of the body at PCEA Kikuyu Hospital Funeral Home in Thogoto from 7.00AM. The funeral service will be held at Nairobi Baptist Church — Ngong Road from 9.00AM to 11.00AM.Thereafter the burial at Lang’ata Cemetery.

Sister of the late Peris Wairimu Muita, Meshack Gicheha, Erastus Wairia and Zipporah Wamuyu Bernard.

She was blessed with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was aunt of many,

We announce with deep sorrow the passing of Wilson Kimuyu Mumo, who peacefully departed to glory on the 8th May 2024, while undergoing treatment at Coptic Hospital in Nairobi.

Wilson Kimuyu Mumo was born in Italu village, Tulimani ward, Mbooni West subcounty, Makueni County, in the year 1931. He was the second-born son of the late Mumo Muange and the late Mary Kalunde.

He was the beloved husband of the late Sarah Wanjiku Kimuyu, who was the former Matron of Itetani High School.

He was a loving father of his children: the late Paul Mwanzia, George Ng’ang’a of Eldoret, John Mumo of Mlolongo, Eng. Peter Muange of Perma Structural Co., the late Eric Mwendwa, Charles Musau of AIC Jericho, Bishop Joshua Nzau (Bishop – A.I.C Nairobi Area), the late Catherine Mbithe, Allan Mutua of World Systems, and Jessica Nduku of Scadox International.

The funeral service will be held on the 25th of May 2024 at Tututha Primary School playgrounds, Tulimani ward, Mbooni West Sub-county.

A memorial service will precede the funeral on the 19th of May 2024, starting from 2:30 PM at AIC Ziwani.

Additionally, a funds drive will be held on Tuesday, the 21st of May, 2024 at AIC Milimani, beginning at 5:30
PM. All are welcome to join us in consoling with the family during this difficult time.

The organizing committee meets daily to plan for the funeral arrangements.

Devoted father of Dan, the late Florence, the late Ruth, Judy, the late Eddison, the late Martin, Stella,Tina and Eric. Father in law of Fransiscah, Stella, Dr. Amwatta, and Mr.Wandabwa. He was a dotting grandfather of Louisa, Elayne, Trudy, Alenia, Linda, Eddison, Zara, Yusuf and Faith. Grandfather in law of Boaz, Harold, and Kimani. He was also a great grandfather of Xavier, Welly, Zayne,Victor and Imali.

The late Philip was a loving, intelligent and humble man who lived a long beautiful life. He will be dearly missed and cherished in our hearts.

Family and friends will gather in his home in Busia Mauko where he will be laid to rest on Friday, 17th May 2024.

The cortege will leave Chiromo Funeral Home on Friday 18 May 2024 as it heads to his Ugunja home. Burial service will take place at Sigomere Primary School on Saturday 18th May 2024.

Funeral service will be held at his home in Chepkirib Village, Bomet East Sub-county, Bomet County on 16th May 2024 starting 10:00am followed by burial thereafter.
