The cortege leaves Outspan Funeral Home on 14th May 2024 at 8.30 am, and proceed to St Luke Catholic Church Gitero for mass. She will be laid to rest at her farm in Itero, Nyeri.

Brother of the late Alfred Kamau and the late Elizabeth Muthoni, Agelica, Agnes, Irene, Bernadette, Eric, and Benson. Meetings are held daily at his home and Wendi Mwega Terrace Hotel Nairobi.

We will assemble at the Montezuma & Monalisa Funeral Home (Thika Branch) 10th May 2024 at 9:00am and thereafter proceed to the funeral service at ACK St. Peters Githunguri (Murang’a County) from 10.30am and hereafter to his home in Gitathi, Githunguri sub-location Muranga County where his body will be laid to rest.

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Sammy Kioko Mutua (Chwani) which occurred on Saturday 4th May 2024 while in Nairobi West Hospital. He was an employee of the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) at the time of his death.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Pauline Njeri Kioko, their children, Jane Ndinda, Wayne & Sharon Mutua, and his grandsons, Lorenzo Kioko and Kayce Ashton Kioko.

He was the son of the late Peter Muinde Mutua and Rosalia Mbithe Mutua, and the son-in-law of the late Peter
Karuu Mwangi and the late Peris Wangui Mwangi,

He was the brother of the late Francis Kilonzo, the late Gabriel Muinde, David Ndavi, and Angeline Mutile, He has left behind brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The funeral procession will depart Pat Jud Funeral Home, Kangundo Road (Ngulini) at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, 14th May 2024, for burial and funeral service at the family home in Kithunthi Village, Kangundo, Machakos County.

She was daughter of the late Daniel Ong, ondi and the late Maria Oloo of Bobita Village, South Mugirango Kisii County.

She was a devoted mother of Mary Nyambeki, Pastor Samuel Makori (President of East Kenya Union Conference of the Seventh Day Adventist, Nairobi Kenya), Elder Charles Makabe (Retired Teacher), Haron Ombui (Teacher), Joyce Sigara, the late Job Oginga, Peninah Nyansiaboka, Margret Kemunto, Jackline Matoke, Isaac Kiariga (Teacher) and Nancy Nyabonyi. She was mother in-law of Alice, Marcela, Everline, Linet and Judy. She was grandmother of 44 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.

Family & friends are meeting daily at her home at Nyansiira Village, Kanyimbo sub location Majoge Chache Location, Kisii County and at Pastor Makori’s residence at Lavington Estate in Nairobi.
