Njeri Njau

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Njeri Njau.

Daughter of the late Mukami and Gicho Waweru. Wife of the late Elder Njau Wambura “A” of Gakoe Village, Giathieko Sub-Location, Ngewa Location, Kiambu County. Sister of Ngina Kang’aru,Waweru wa Gicho, the late Gabriel Mwangi, Gathoni Mwarangu, Benard Wanyoike and Wangui Muthua. Mother of Stephen Wambura “Kibathi”(Ndarugu), Hannah Wanjiku and the late Joseph Mukundi (Gwa Gatana), Dorcas Mukami and Edward Gitonga(Kahawa Farmers), Elizabeth Nduta and Samuel Muiruri Nyururu (Ruiru), Dr.Margaret Ngina and Rev. Francis Ndung’u Njoroge (Kahawa Sukari and Kinoo Parish), Tabitha Wambui and Michael Chege (Ngoingwa) and Esther Ng’endo (Ndarugu). Grandmother and great grandmother of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home Gakoe Village, Giathieko Sub-Location at 4: 00 p.m.

The cortege leaves Mukoe Funeral Home (Githunguri) on Thursday 17th August 2017 at 8:00am.The burial service will take place the same day at PC E.A Gakoe Church at 10:00 a.m and thereafter burial at her home Gakoe Village.
