It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Sharon Kendi Munanu of Nkuene Girls’ Sec. Sch. which occurred on Tuesday 20th June 2017 at Nairobi West Hospital. Daughter of Dr. Shadrack Munanu (Principal – Karichu Sec. Sch) and Mrs Ruth N. Munanu (D/Principal Auki Sec. Sch),Sister of Sophie Kinya (Kenyatta University), Barnabas Mwenda (Meru School). Cousin of Emily Kathure (Karumaru Sec Sch), Shelmith, Lisa, Sandra, Kanana, Betty, Tiffany, Bravian, Mwendwa, Muchui, Munene, Karani, Evans, Glory, Blessy, Joy, Innocent, Gacheri, Nick, Kathomi and Edwin. Niece of Joel Kobia (Marsabit Hospital), Peter Kithela (Muuga FM), Timothy Kimathi, Titus Mithika, Charity Kayuyu, Henry Kimathi, Geoffrey Karithi, Joyce Kawira, Charles Koome, Jacob Muriira (St. John’s Boarding), Laban Mutwiri and Christine, Kendi, Jane, Aita, Catherine, Doris, Stella, Kathure, Purity, Wanja, and Mutuma. Granddaughter of Joseph Kithela and the Late Rebecca Mukunga, and the Late Blasio Kubai, and Jane Kaloki.

It is with profound sorrow and the humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Nancy Wangechi Mwangi (Terra Nuova) which occured at Menelik Medical Centre on 25th June 2017. Loving and caring wife of Stephen Muchene Huthu (Husten Consultants). Devoted mother to Kelvin Mwangi (Kenex), Albert Huthu (Leshau Boys High School) and Michelle Wanjiku (Westlands Primary School). Daughter to the late Joseph Mwangi and the late Christine Wangui. Daughter-in-law to Mary Wanjiku and the late Henry Huthu. Sister to Susan Wangari, Beatrice Wandia, Purity Muthoni, Eunice Wanjiru, Peter Njuguna, Winfred Nyaruai and the late Richard Weru. Family and friends are meeting daily from 6.00 pm at their home in Damacrest School, Uthiru 87 and Waithaka at the Huthu’s residence.
