Patrick Maina Gituthu

It is with profound sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Arch. Patrick Maina Gituthu which occurred on 16th October, 2020 at Metropolitan Hospital after a short illness. He was a serving officer at the State Department for Public Works- Ministry of Transport, Infrustructure, Public Works Housing and Urban Development.

Husband to Pst. Mary Maina of Shalom Divine Christian Fellowship-Umoja. Beloved father of Monica Wambui – sQuid Nairobi, Dan Gituthu – Doug Kennels, Victor Mukuha – Nakuru High School. Beloved son of the late Hiram Gituthu Muthaa and the late Monica Wambui Gituthu. Brother to James Mwangi, the late Richard Mushori, Rev. Jacinta Nyambura Thuku/Kinene, the late Elizabeth Wanjiku Gitonga, Irene Warwathia Ndegwa, Jane Muthoni Ndungu, Joseph Irungu and Renard Charagu. Son-in-law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Kamau Mukuha of Githunguri, Kiambu.

Family and friends are meeting daily from 3:00pm at his Nasra Gardens residence Muthaiga Gate B) behind Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral home for burial in Muranga, Mathioya, Gacharage-ini village on Friday 23rd October, 2020 at 8:00am.
