Patrick Mutugi Mugaruro (Junior)

It’s with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patrick Mutugi Mugaruro (Junior) of Murang’a County Government which occurred on 9th July, 2021 at Kenyatta University Hospital.

Son of the late Agnes Theru and son in law to Ignatius Macharia and Lucy Njeri. Brother to Richard Mugaruro of MOW Nyeri, James Kinyua, and Raphael Mbogo. Husband to Frasiah Wambui of Agnessis Murang’a. Father to Lisa Agnes (Catholic University), Griffins Mugaruro and Victoria Njeri of Bishop Kairu Education Centre.

Cousin to Mr & Mrs Patrick Muro, Phyllis Mugaruro, Margaret Ndirangu, Simon Makara and James Mathenge, Jane Mugaruro, Charles Mbogo Mugaruro, Raphael Munene Mugaruro, Ruth Kamau among others. Uncle to Erastus Kibiru, Judy Gitonga- USA, Hellen Muthoni Mutugi – Sweden, James Mugaruro, Charles Gacura, James Mugaruro Gacura, Martin Kimathi Mutugi, Dorothy Ndirangu, Joan Ndirangu, Mathew Gitonga, Curtis Mugaruro Mbogo, Lisa Theru Kinyua among others.

Requiem Mass will be on Thursday 15th July, 2021 at St. Joseph the worker Catholic Church Mumbi at 4.00pm.

Funeral service will be held at Gatuamba Catholic Church Narumoro on 16th July, 2021 from 11.00am.

Family and friends are meeting at Murang’a Mukawa and at his residence at Kabuta from 4.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.
