Appreciation

We, the family of Paul Muchuku Muriuki wish to express our heartfelt appreciation to all of you who supported and condoled with us after our Dad, brother, grandfather and friend passed on. We appreciate your immense love, kindness and support shown to us during the difficult time of illness, demise, funeral arrangements and his final journey home. Our earnest gratitude goes to all of you for your kind and comforting messages, for your prayers, financial and emotional support. It meant a lot to hear how he touched so many people’s lives.

We are grateful to the burial committees in Nairobi and Ruburi – Gatundu. St. Stephen’s Small Christian Community of Kariobangi South Parish, Nairobi, St. John’s Small Christian Community of Ruburi Village, Gatundu South, and the entire people of Kariobangi South neighborhood, and those of Ruburi and Gaithece, Gatundu South. We would like to thank Fr. Lawrence Karuri and Fr. Njenga of Ituru Parish, Fr. Daniel lkonya of Kariobangi Parish and all the other Priests led by Fr. Edwin Hunja & Fr. Anselm Kamuyu for their words of comfort and support.

Special appreciation goes to the medical team led by Dr. Gladwell Kiarie and Dr. Martin Wanyoike for the treatment and care you showed to our Dad over the years and the advice given to the family. We also wish to thank all the Nurses at the Nairobi hospital and the Metropolitan Hospital and also Dennis Mburu for the nursing care he gave our dad during his illness.

While we are not able to mention all of you by name your support during his illness and the funeral arrangements was greatly appreciated and will remain in our hearts forever. May God bless you all.

Mzee was truly loved by family and friends and will be dearly missed. May the Almighty God rest his soul in eternal peace.
