It Is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of our dear beloved Dad, Mr. Paul Mugo Nyaga of Karurumo Embu, which occurred on 19th March, 2021, after a long illness bravely borne.

Son of the late Dickson Nyagah Kaburachi and Jennifer Igandu. Step-son of Mary Njura. Adoring husband of Mrs Rose Mugo Thaara (formerly of Kyeni Girls). Devoted father of Christine Wanyaga Mugo-Mwatu and Dixon Mugal Mugo. Father-in-law of Emmanuel Mwatu and Thezirah Ndanu Mugai. World’s favorite grandfather of Davian Muthoka Mwatu Jr., Malik Mutugi Mugai and Isabella Mwende Mwatu. Treasured son-in-law of David Ndwiga Gatune and Laura C. David of Kiaragana.

Brother of Ronald Njeru, Margret Runji, Alice Gicuku, Mercy Warue, James Njiru, Grace Muthoni, the late Rufus Gatumu, the late Antony Njue, Nephat Murithi, Alvan Nyagah (Treasury Katse), John Njeru, Zaphanla Gicamu, Nancy Ruguru (TSC Webuye), Edith Wawira (Nep TTI Garissa), the late James Ndwiga and Margret Warue (PGH Nyeri). Brother-in-law of the late Consolata Kina, Julia Nyamweya, John Njue, Lydia Warue, the late Jane Wawira, Jane Alvan (TSC), Catherine Richard (TSC), Simon Maniki, Daniel Nyaga (DCI),Karimi Gicamu, Marion Njiru, Lucy Murilthi and many others. Cousin, uncle, godfather, mentor and teacher to many.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home, for church service and burial at his home in Karurumo Vlltage, Kyeni South Location, Embu East Sub-county, Embu County on Thursday 25th March, 2021.

In God’s hands you rest daddy. Your life was a blessing and the memories will be assured. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure. Rest well dad…REST.
