It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Nderitu Gathegea Hsc, Retired Senior Superintendent NYS. Which occurred on 31st December, 2020.

Son of the late Joseph Gathegea and Juliet Mumbi. Husband of the late Rose Wambui Nderitu. Son-in-law of Festus Wamae and Lydia Muthoni.

Brother of the late Peter Gichuki, John Wang’ondu, Mary Wanjiru, the late Francis Mwaniki, Daniel Ngatia, James Kariuki and Lucy Mukami.

Father of Juliet Mumbi, the late Gathegea Ndiritu and Festus Wamae. Father-in-law of John Kibuchi, & Milka Wanjru.

Grandfather of Jayden Muchira, Abigail Wanjiku, Owen Nderitu, Oren Gathegea, Lysley Rose Wambui and Abigail Nyambura.

Family and friends are meeting daily at their home in Narumoru.

The cortege leaves Consolata Hospital Mathari, Nyeri, on Thursday 7th January, 2021 at 8:00am, for funeral service at home in Kamburaini Location, Narumoru at 11:00am, followed by burial at the same piece.
