It is with a deep sense of loss and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Paulo M’Mbui M’Kirigia of Naari, Buuri Sub-county of Meru County.

Son of the late M’Kirigia Kirigia and the late Maiti M’Kirigia. Step-son to Sarah M’Kirigia. Brother to Joyce, Esther; Karegi, Gitobu, Kamenwa, the late Mwiti, Elijah, late Mukiri, Kinya, Kendi the late Mbaya, the late Kiriinya, Makena, Gichuru,Veronica and Theresa. An uncle to many.

Husband to Julia Wanja Paulo. Father to Janet Gitonga, Elizabeth Mwongera, Kanana Nyaga, Zipporah Kiumbe, Charity Mbabu, Kananu Mutwiri, Samuel Gitonga, Harriet Waweru, Stephen Mbui, Catherine Njoroge, Lucy Nkatha. Father-in-law to Naftaly Gitonga, Dr. Frank Mwongera, Rev. Blaise Nyaga, Charles Kiumbe, the late Mbabu Muthuri, Mutwiri Mwirichia, the late Rael Kagwiria Gitonga, Catherine Gitonga, David Waweru, Carol Mbui, and Dr. Evanson Kamuri.

Grandfather to Simeon and Alice, Jeniffer and Njenga, Jane and Josphat, Kimathi and Gladys, Kanyiri, Karimi and Gitonga, Kathure and Victor, Mutuma, Gituma and Rachel, Mwenda and Purity, Mwiti, Dr. Kendi Nyaga, Mugambi and Kendi, Mwendwa, Gaceri, Thuranira and Jackie, Nkirote and Kimathi, Murithi, late Muriuki, Mose, Wanuma, Nyokabi, Mutuma, Makena, Celine and Janese. Great-grandfather to many.

Prayers and fellowship meetings are being held every day at his home in Muruguma Naari starting at 4.00pm.

The cortege will leave St. Theresa Hospital – Kiirua for a burial service at Muruguma Methodist Church on Friday 24th June, 2022 starting at 10.00am.
