PC Daniel Muganda (Uncle Dan)

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the untimely demise of PC Daniel Muganda (Uncle Dan) of the Kenya Prisons Service who was stationed at Kibos Medium Prison, which occurred on at TopHill Hospital in Eldoret on the 17/01/2024 after battling with a long time illness.

Beloved son to Emmanuel Odhiambo Muganda Kwena (Kijana) and Gladys Namukuru Muganda of Busia County.

Husband to Lavender Vera Ong’ayo. Loving father to Luke and Adrian.

The last born brother to Vincent, Paul DK Muganda, Asbeta, Hyacinth, Rev. Eustace Muganda of Bungoma Diocese,
Catherine, Christine and Celine.

Uncle to Valentine, Mediatrix, Vaneranda, Yvette, Junior, Senior.

Nephew to the late Apollo Namushi Saka (Majina Matatu) and Carmilita Adero.

Cousin to Tom Saka (N.I.S), Juma Namushi, Rodgers and Boaz, amongst others.

Family and friends are meeting daily for funeral arrangements at his home in Bulanda.

The cortege leaves the Star Annex Mortuary on Friday 02/02/2024 at 2.00pm. The burial is scheduled to happen on the Saturday 03/02/2024 in Busia County, Mayenje Sub-Location, Bulako Village at his home in Bulanda, opposite St. Mary’s Vianne Catholic Church, starting from 09.00am.
