We the family of the Late Peris Wanjeri Githuku, wish to thank the Almighty God for the gift of her life and the honor of choosing us to share in her remarkable Christ-led life.
We would like to sincerely express our appreciation and gratitude for the kindness and support we received from relatives and friends both in Kenya and the diaspora. Our heartfelt thanks to all the people who offered their care, concern, prayers and support during that difficult time, giving us strength and guidance through the arrangements. We especially thank the Clergy and congregations of All Saints Cathedral, ACK St John’s Pumwani, ACK Emmanuel Church Weithaga, CITAM mission – Karen & Embakasi , PCEA Nairobi West, ICC Nairobi West, Transformation Coventry Church Atlanta-Georgia & ICOC Church Gwinnett-Georgia, the Mothers’ Union and the East African Revival (Tukutendereza).
We also wish to greatly appreciate the committees both in Nairobi & Muranga, as well as all the other organizations that were part of helping us accord a warm and dignified farewell to our beloved Matriarch. To all the caregivers, Doctors and Nurses at Nairobi Hospital, we sincerely thank you.
As we may not be able to mention everyone, we humbly request that you accept this message as a token of our thanks and appreciation. May the almighty God infinitely bless you all.
She will be dearly missed by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, as well as all the many lives she touched.
