Peris Waruguru Gitau

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Peris Waruguru Gitau.

Wife of Gitau Mukundi. Loving mother of Njeri Kimani, Nyambura Chege, Wambui Chiira, the late Mukundi Gitau, Jane Gitau, Mary Njoroge, the late Karanja Gitau, Alice Kahiga, Nancy Wanjiku and Rachael Mweru. Sister of Mwangi, Wairimu, Waruku, Macharia, Githugo and Njoki. Grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother of many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her home in Githaruru Village, Gatundu South for prayers and funeral arrangements at 4:00pm.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University funeral home on Tuesday 20th November 2018 at 8.00am for a funeral service at Rev. Ngumba memorial church at 11:00am. Thereafter, burial at her home in Githaruru Village, Gatundu South Sub-County, Kiambu County on the same day.
