Peter Chege Mwangi Jasho

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Peter Chege Mwangi Jasho, who was called to eternal rest on the night of Thursday, 4th December 2025.

Peter was the beloved son of the late James Mwangi Jasho and the late Naomi Njeri Jasho. He was a treasured brother of Esther Mwangi (Mama Steve – Gikomba), Grace Mwangi Muteithia, George Jasho, Patricia Mathenge, Joseph Maina Jasho, and the late Boniface Mwangi Jasho.

Brother-in-law of Tom Muteithia, Philomena Karanja, Robert Mathenge and Shiro Maina.

A doting uncle of Michelle and Claudio, Andrew and Maureen, Nyaga and Maryanne, Steve, Joe, Diana, Sophie, Mwangi, Randy, Ian, Stephanie, Nicole, Mellissa,Tony, Alex, Allan, Chantelle, Jimmy, Alvan and Christy.

He was also a loving cousin of Maina (Simon), Grace (Auntie), John, Merry, Purity, Rose, Jimmy, Elijah, Maina (Evans), Pauline, Mary and a dear friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at Nyari Estate, from Friday, 5th December 2025 at 6:00 p.m.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 2025 at 8:00 AM, proceeding to the Jasho family farm in Ruai for the funeral service and final rites, which will commence at 10:00 AM.

Peter will be remembered for his warmth, humility, strength, and the unwavering love he extended to his family and community. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
