Peter J. K. Walya

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of our loving dad and grandfather, Peter J. K. Walya, that occurred on the 29th July, 2018 at the Nairobi West Hospital after a long illness bravely borne.

He was son to the late Walya Ndoo and Sarah Mutile; loving husband to the late Rose Mbeleete; father to Jane Mutindi, Wausi, Moses, Sarah, Ruts Margaret, Florence, Martha, Miriam, Alice and Stella. He was the father-in-law to Mutemwa, Mwaura, Janet, Lawrence Sylvester, Amos, Phillip and Andrew. He had 23 grandchildren, and was great-grandfather to Reagan.

There will be a celebration service to bring us to a peaceful closure of our dad’s loss in the company of our relatives friends and colleagues.

The service will be held on Tuesday 7th August, 2018 at CITAM Valley Road from 11:00a.m to 1:00p.m.

As per his wish, a private interment will be held at his home in Mbukuni Village, Kilome – Makueni County on the 8th August, 2018.
