Peter Ndonye Matheka

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Peter Ndonye Matheka who until his demise was a faculty member of Mount Kenya University.

Son of the late Nelson Matheka and the late Ann Syevuo Matheka.

Husband of Elizabeth Munyiva Ndonye (Frontier Telecommunications). Loving father of Sharon Syevuo Ndonye and Shadrack Matheka Ndonye.

Brother of the late Naomi Mulili;the late Ruth Nzivulu, Lazurus Matheka, Rachel Ndeti, the late Gideon Nzioki, the late Jimmy Kioko and Richard Ngosi. Step-brother of the late Phillip Mwenga, D. Kikumu, F Mwelu and the late Serah Syontheke.

Son-in-law of the late Michael Mweko and Ann Nthenya.

Nephew of the late Mutiso, the late Kalekye, the late Munyao, the late Nyamu, the late Sarah, the late Nduume, the late Muthina, the late Monica and the late Wanza.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his residence at Buruburu Phase 3, Olosalani Court from 600pm and at his home in Muumoni village, Utithini sub-location, Masii location, Mwala SUB -county, Machakos County.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday 19th March 2024 in AIC Jericho from 6pm.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday 23rd March, 2024 at 7.00 am for the funeral service and burial which will be held at his home in Muumoni Village.
