Death has occurred of Peter Nyamu Rugio (Founder member AIPCA Kiarukungu) of Murubara village, Mwea, Kirinyaga County.

Son to the late Rugio Nduiga and the late Gacoki Nyaga. Brother to Flora Micere, Virginia Wabarichu, Ziporah Muthoni, Janet Wangithi, the late Harrison Kagati, the late Nduiga Rugio, the late Gilbert Gaticia, the late Francis Nduiga, the late Venacio Muthike, the late Pius Munyi, among others.

Husband to late Esther Wamwirua and Magdalene Muthoni. Father to late Muthike John Munene, late Kirera, Amos Kirera, Poline Wanjiku, Joseph Mugweru, Jackson Githinji, Agnes Wanjiku, Stephen Kariuki, Tabitha Wangeci, Susan Muriuki, Helen Wangari, Alicent Waititu, Susan Wanjiru, Jemima Karuanajeremiah Mugo and Douglas Muriithi.

Father-in-law to Eng. David Mwaniki, Methadius Muriuki, Saverio Waititu, Tabitha Wairimu, Jecinta wanjiru, Rose VVakuthii, among others. Uncle, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to many.

The cortege leaves Mwea Mission Hospital Karira Mortuary on Wednesday 12/10/2022. Funeral service and burial will be held at his home from 11.00am.
