Peter Ondieki (Onchwari)

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of our lovely Peter Ondieki (Onchwari ) retired engineer Nyamira which occurred on the 14th February 2019 at Medstar Hospital USA.

Son of the late Mzee Nyakona and the late Nyamokami of Nyabikomu, Nyamira County. Husband of Zibiah Onchwari. Step-son of Kerubo and Moraa. Son-in-law of Mwenge. Brother of the late Mokua, the late Matunda, the late Agwata, Mongina Jeriah, Njoroge, Mayenga, Evans, Kenya, Nyangaresi, Kwamboka, Nyaboke, Nyaswenta, Nyangeri, Bundi, the late Hellen and Dorca, Onchwari among others. Father of Tom, Doreen, Stella of USA, Maurine, Carolyne, Susan, Jacinta and Florence.

Grandfather of Mark, Megan, Melina, Eugene, Vivian, Venessa, Geovan Johny Xavier, Daniel Gervis Gabby, Glorious, Abigael, Noel, Collins, Elias Ivan. Uncle of Rogers (Canada) Geoffrey (USA), Ernest, the late Nyambega, Mondesta, Ronald, Margaret, Rebecca, Jared, Nyandieka, Oogas Karioki, Emmah Geoffrey among others. Cousin of Omboga Nyagechi, Mungasi, among others. In-law of the late Masanya Ombati, Otiato, Mutiso and Onduko, Chief Nyanaro. Brother-in-law of Annah, Gladys, Joyce, Florence, Sarah, Alice, Peris, Tabitha, Esther. Father-in-law of Shilla, Tom, Rodrick, Muteberwa, Otachi, Ombati and Otiato.

Family members and friends are meeting in Nairobi. Main fundraising will be held on 27/02/2019 at Professional Centre starting at 5.00pm.

Body will arrive in Nairobi on 5th March 2019 and burial will be on 8th March 2019 at his Nyabikomu Rural Home.
