It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Phelister Murenjekha Lipesa, which occurred on 27th March 2021 at the Mbagathi District Hospital.

Daughter of the late Fabian Anami Muhambi and the late Lucia Shiakule. Daughter-in-law of Mzee Andrea Tendwa Lutsachi and Rita Iseta Tendwa Wife of the late Didacus Lipesa Tendwa. Mother of Luciana, Aquilla and Hillary. Sister of Justine Otsyalo, Clifton Mutsotso, Albert Anami, Hon. Lisamula Anami, Fredrick, Brunalis, Rosemary, Scholastica, Oliver, Victoria, Petronilla, Everlyne, Leonida, Camelite, Cathbert, Fretus, Maureen, Venranda, Khamalishi and Mary-Anne.

Sister-in-law of the late Thomas Qtsyalo, Wilmina, the late Bihembo, Florence Ang’ang’o, Janerose, Emerenciana, Adelaide, Ngala, Digna, Ponty, Merlyn, Amos, Edith, Ling’ole, Mulama, Kokoi, among others. Cousin of Benard Chiboli, Crispin, Aunty of Brigid, Ken, Martin, Mutambi, Lillian, Newton, Kakai, Kevin, Sandra, among others.

The funeral service was at Don Bosco – UpperHill, on Wednesday 31st March, 2021, at 11:00am. The cortege leaves Mbagathi District Hospital Mortuary, on Sunday 4th April, 2021, 7:00am. Burial will be at her home in Iburimbuli village, Shinyalu Constituency, Kakamega on Monday 5th April, 2021.
