Polly Wangari Njagi

It is with profound sadness that we announce the promotion to glory of Sister in Christ, Mrs. Polly Wangari Njagi (former Principal Karoti Girls School) on 6th March 2024.

Beloved wife of Mr. Stanley Njagi.

Daughter of the late Harun Mwangi & the late Tabitha Waturi of Hubuini village, Nyeri County. Daughter-in-law of the late Danson Ndambiri and the late Fridah Mabuti.

Loving mother of Anne Njagi, Joshua & Emma Ndambiri, Aaron & Iga Mwangi (USA), and Daniel & Shirley Njeru.

Grandmother of Kari, Stano, Wangari, Jorua, Jabari, Suri, Jomo and Precious.

Sister of Muthoni, Njeri, Nderitu, Wanjau, Mucheru, Wanjiru, Wangari, Wangechi, the late (David, Mirriam, Kingori, Njuri, John). Sister-in-law to Beatrice, Muchira, Richard, Wanjiku, Wambui and the late Muthoni. Loving sister-in-law and auntie of many.

Prayers are being held daily at her home in Kamagambo, Kirinyaga County from 4.00p.m and in Nairobi at St.Andrews, P.C.E.A room from Tuesday, 12th March to Thursday, 14th March, 2024 at 5:30pm.

There will be a memorial service on Friday, 15th March 2024 at 2:00pm at St Andrews P.C.E.A Church, Nairobi.

The cortege departs KU Referral Funeral Home at 7.00am on Saturday, 16th March 2024. The funeral service will take place at Gen Kassam Stadium, Kianyaga from 10.00am, and thereafter the burial at her home in Kamagambo Kirinyaga County.
