Priscila Njeri Wachira

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing-on of Priscila Njeri Wachira.

Widow to the late Dr. Rhesa Daniel Getao Wachira.

Daughter to the late Chief Phillip Karanja and the late Lydia Woki. Daughter-in-law to the late Rev Musa and the late Lillian Wamucii Gitau.

Sister to Clement Mwaura, Miriam Gathoni, Grace Nyakinyua, Asaph Gachunga, Belle Wanjiku, James Ngotho, Lasper Muchiri and Lewis Chege (all deceased).

Sister-in-law to Prof. James Waithaka, Magdaline Getao, Edith Matiba,Tabitha Chege and the late Alexander & Isabella Getao, Joan Waithaka, Bernard Getao, Keziah Mwaura, Kenneth Matiba, Louis Kaberere, Karen Gachunga, Ruth Muchiri and Daniel Waweru.

Mother to Rosalind and Paul Minai, Woki Wachira & Samuel Wanuma, Wanjiru .F.Wachira, Getao Hinga & Ruth Wanja, the late Sharon Gathoni, Phillip & Njeri Karanja. Grandmother to nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Family and friends are meeting daily at 3:00pm at her home in Thogoto.

The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home at 9.00am on Wednesday, 25th January 2023 for a church service at the PCEA Church of the Torch Kikuyu and burial thereafter at her home in Thogoto.
