Priscilla Wanjiku Thuo

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved mother Priscilla Wanjiku Thuo which occurred on 14th January, 2020.

Wife of the late Elias Thuo Mariga. Daughter of the late Jesee Mwangi and the late Miriam Wangui. Co-wife of Ruth Wanjiku Thuo. Sister of David Kariuki, Susan Wangari Wang’ombe, the late Mary Wangeci Joshua, the late Zipporah Mumbi, the late Grace Wambui Nguru and the late Caleb Maina Mwangi. Mother of John Mariga, Stephen Mwangi, Simon Kuria, David Kariuki, Lucy Wanja Wagacira, Miriam Wangui Gachuna, Joseph Mwathi, Catherine Wanjiru Kamau, Mary Wangeci Mararo, Hon. Esther Nyambura Gathogo (former MP Ruiru), Samson Maina of USA, the late Peter Meni, Stephen Mugwe formerly of CBK and Peninah Wanjiru Kang’ethe. An auntie of Miriam Wangui King’ori and many others. Grandmother and Great Grandmother of many.

Family and friends are meeting for prayers and funeral arrangements daily at Silvermine Hotel along Accra Road, Hon. Esther Gathogo’s residence, Kahawa Sukari and at her home, Kihoya village, Rwathia from 6pm.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Thursday 23rd January, 2020 at 7am for funeral service and burial at her home, Kihoya.
