Appreciation

Following the death and interment of Prof. Gichuru Muriuki, we the family would like to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all who took time to mourn, condole and pray with us. Your encouragement. generosity and commitment gave us strength and were invaluable in enabling us to give Professor a fitting send off. Special thanks go to the Almighty God for giving us Professor for many years.

Special mention goes to Professors personal doctors Dr. H. A. Abwao, Dr Muhindi Wanjugu, as well as Dr Njoroge, Dr Matu and Nurse Ngugi of The Nairobi Hospital Critical Care Unit.

We also thank the School of Pharmacy — UoN, Professional colleagues, Professor’s students, Pharmacy and Poisons Board and the many friends near and far. In addition, we thank members of the extended family and the funeral committees both in Nairobi and Gatondo, Nyeri.
