I first knew you as my teacher at the UoN. And you have remained my teacher for the 16 years now gone. Sadly, I have to wipe my tears saying goodbye. Fare thee well Prof.

In 2015, you helped me review Jason Anderson’s book, Teaching English in Africa, which was published same year. You were knowledgeable, had a good grasp of your specialist area and intellectually engaging.

Fare thee well. May it be true that we shall meet again, in heaven!
