With Humble acceptance of God’s will we regret to announce the death of Rahab Njoki Gachuiri (Wakamoni) of Githiga Village, Kiambu County after a long illness bravely borne.

Wife of the late Thomas Gachuiri Kagotho. Co-wife of the late Mariam Wambui (Wambita). Daughter of the late Kamoni Wanjau and the late Mary Wambui.

Sister of the late Ndungu, the late Wanja, the late Wanjiru, the late Kinuthia, Elizabeth Kabuiya of Gilgil and the late Njeri.

Mother of the late Mary Nyaruiru and the late Samuel Gachuhi, Monicah Wambui and George Ng’ang’a (Gathiongoi), Mercy Mukuhi and Joseph Nyagi (Kiganjo Gatundu), William Kagotho (Wika Industries Kariobangi) and Grace Njeri, Alice Wanjiru (Mama Carol — Membley), Sammy Kamoni (Samka Hardware Gikomba) and Mary Wangari, Nancy Mumbi (Kariobangi South), Lucy Wanja (Luton Enterprises) and Lawrence Waiyaki (Office of the President) Helena Njeri and Mbugua Kimari (MTL).

Step Mother of Francis Kagotho and Hellen Njeri (Langata), Jane Wairimu (Langata), Irene Njoki and John Ndungu (Supiri), Humphrey Waweru (Naivasha), the late Geoffrey Gikanga and the late Jane Mukami, Beatrice Mukuhi and the late Geoffrey Mugo, Gladys Wariara and the late Simon Kamau (Harakisha —South B).

Grandmother of Gerald Kamau, George Mburu, Lillian Njema, George Gachuiri, Emmah Njoki (Texas USA), Martin Gachuiri, Eddie Njiraini,Anthony Gachuiri and Kenneth Kimari among many others. Great Grandmother and Great Great Grandmother of many.

Family and Friends are meeting daily from 4pm at her residence Githiga, Kiambu County near PCEA Githiga Primary School for prayers and funeral arrangements.

There will be a funeral service on Sunday December 22nd 2019 at her residence Githiga Kiambu at 3pm.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Tuesday December 24th 2019 at 7:30am for funeral service at PCEA Githiga Church at 11am. Burial thereafter at her farm Gatumaika near ACK St Mary’s Church Githiga Kiambu.
