Rahab Nyanjugu Runo

It is with profound sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Rahab Nyanjugu Runo on 30th August 2018.

Rahab was the daughter of Egla Wanjiru and the late Justus Runo Muriga of Kairo Village, Mathioya Sub County. Loving Mother of Nicholas Runo and Jason Runo. Sister of Lazaro Muriga, Tabitha Mukami, Jemima Wangari, the late James Macharia, Martha Muthoni, Sophia Wanja, George Kihenjo, the late Gidraph Wachanga, Esther Wanjiku and Charles Gaturu. Mother In Law of Judy Wairimu Runo. Grandmother of Niang’a, Mwangi, Nyanjugu and Thayu Runo. Sister in law of Jacinta Wachuka, James Njoroge, Lillian Wangari, Milka Wanjiru and Protus Sikhole. Aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are meeting daily (5:30pm) at home Kanguu (Oljororok), at her parents home and at All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Kiria-ini Mission Hospital Mortuary on Friday 7th September at 9am for memorial service at St. Andrew’s ACK Church (Kairo Village) and burial thereafter at home at Kairo Village.
