Rahab Wanjiku Kimatu (Nyina wa Ndichu)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Rahab Wanjiku Kimatu (Nyina wa Ndichu), which occurred on Monday 6th February, 2023.

Loving wife of the late Elijah Kimatu Wanjama. Mother to the late Mary Waithira Mboi, Mrs. Anne Njeri Njuguna and Mr. Ezekiel Wanjama of Wanjama and Company Advocates. Mother-in-law to the late amuel Mboi, Dr. Peter Njuguna Githira and Dr. Leah Njambi Wanjama.

Sister-in-law to Simon Ngaruiya and Teresia Wanjeri Kariuki.

Grandmother to Elizabeth Njeri, Caroline Wanjira, George Githira, Mr. & Mrs. Eric & Jane Njoroge, David ainaina, Vionnah Wanjiku, Sarah Wanjiku, Patricia Njeri and the late Paul Njoroge. Great-grandmother to Marie Waithira,Victor Njuguna and Angela Njeri.

Family and friends are meeting at her home in Njaiini village in Mukurwe, Gatanga. Meetings are also being held daily at the Githira and Wanjama residences and a prayer service shall be held on Friday 10th February, 2023 at the Wanjama residence from 4.00pm.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home at 8.00am on Tuesday the 14th February, 2023 funeral service and burial at her home in Njaiini, Mukurwe Sub-location, Gatanga from 11.00am.
