With humble acceptance, we wish to announce the passing on of Rebecca Ncurubi M’Ikiara that occurred on Monday 5th May 2025 peacefully at her home after a short illness.
Daughter of the late M’Arimba and the late Tabitha Gankungu M’Arimba.
Wife of the late Stephen M’Ikiara M’Ringeera and mother of Japhet and Mary Kimathi, Janet Mwai and the late Michael Mwai, Dr Joseph and Lea Kiara, John Gitonga, James and Doris Kirimi and Shadrack and Ann Gichoga.
Sister of the late Justus Kirimi, the late Zipporah Mberenya and the late Marion Mwari. Sister-in-law of the late Mr Erastus Mburugu and the Isabella Mburugu, the late Margaret Kambura and Johana Gitonga and Joshua and Rachael Gichoga.
Grandmother of Rebecca, Edwin and Juliet, Peter, Michael and Rachael. Maryanne and David, Nathan, Natasha, Sheila, Naito and Brandon. Great grandmother of Dwayne, Ciana, Samuel,Timmy and Nia. She was a cherished Aunty, Friend and Neighbour to many.
The cortege leaves Nkubu Mission Hospital funeral Home on 10th May 2025 for the funeral service at Ukuu Methodist Church Uruku, Nkuene Ward, Meru County at 1000hrs and thereafter a private interment at her home in Ukuu.
