We announce the promotion to Glory of Rebecca Ng’endo Kamiti.
Mother of Prof. Edna Wangui (Ohio University), Caroline Wanjiku (Formerly Ernst & Young), Kenneth Muya (Loreto Kiambu High School) and Tracy Tinga (Temple University). Grandmother of Ian, Theo, Nadia, Lloyd and Ivy. Mother in-law of Prof. Tom Smucker and Maureen Nkatha. Aunt of Dr. Florence Njeri Ng’ethe, John Kamanu, Rev. Anne Wangeci Mwicigi, Alice Wanjiku, Humphrey Kamiti Karega and many others.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her home in Kitengela between 2 -6pm and Garden Square from 5-9pm for funeral arrangements.
The cortege leaves Kijabe Mission Hospital on April 18th at 6.30am for the funeral service and burial in Ol Kalou, Nyandarua County. The program will start at 9:30am.
