Rebecca Njeri Maina (Wa Beth)

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Rebecca Njeri Maina that occurred on Sunday 11th October 2020 at Metropolitan Hospital.

She was wife to the late Joseph Maina Kagwima, daughter to late Samson Kinyanjui and Margaret Wambui and stepdaughter to Tabitha Kinyanjui. Daughter in-law to the late Joseph Kagwima Karinge and Hannah Wanjiru Kagwima. Mother of Elizabeth Muthoni, Dr. Ann Maina, Kagwima Maina, Samson Kinyanjui, Margaret Wambui, Daniel Karinge, Simon Maina (Njembuma), Teresiah Njambi and Tabby Wangeci. Mother-in-law to Thuku, Nancy, Rose, Muritu, Muthoni, Patriciah, Dr. Safari and Rua. Sister to Mburu, Tabitha, Runo, Muithere, Mary (USA). Beloved grandmother Auntie cousin to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Kanyua Kipipiri Nyandarua County for funeral arrangement and also at Holy Family Basilica Nairobi from 5.30pm.

There will be a fund raising to offset hospital bill and funeral expenses on Saturday 17th October 2020 at ACK guest house Nairobi opposite NSSF Offices from 2pm Paybill 7422079 AC/N Rebecca.

The cortege will leave Montenzuma & Monalisa Funeral Home on Wednesday 21st October 2020 at 7am for burial at her home in Kanyua Kipipiri Nyandarua County.
