Retired Senior Chief Charles Oino Oyongo

It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Retired Senior Chief Charles Oino Oyongo on Friday November 23 after a short illness.

Son of the Late Sebastiano Oyongo Obara and Pauline Manoti of Bosinange -Location, Bonyagwanga Sub-location, Giantunda, Sae village of Tabaka Ward Kisii County. Husband to Dorca Bosibori. Lovely father to Isaiah, Sarah, Naomi, Rhoda, Joshua and Norah. Brother to the Late John, Rael, Rev. Ondieki, Mauti, Matoke, Nyamosi, Nyaboke, Nyanchoka, Milkah and others, as well as cousin to Ex Cllr Keuya, Ondari, Osoro, Moreka among others. Brother In-law to Rtd ClIr Anderson Rioba and Rtd teacher Joseph Mose of Nyamira County. In-law to Hellen, Henry, Joel, Caroline and Zebedee. Korera to Nyakoni, Mogere, Kerubo and Yunes. Grandfather to Elvis, Shirley, Brian, Victor, James among others.

Fundraising shall be held on Wednesday December 5, 2018 2pm at his Giantunda Sae home and in Nairobi at City Hall Court Room from 5pm.

The cortege leaves Tabaka Hospital Mortuary on Thursday 06/12/2018 for prayers at Giantunda Lutheran Church and overnight stay at his home.

Burial takes place on Friday 07/12/2018 at Giantunda, Sae Village, Kisii County.
