We wish to announce the promotion to Glory of Rev. Canon Julius Kakundi Kiilu, in-charge, A.B.C. Mbooni Sub-Headquarters which occurred on Friday 19/4/20 19.

Son of the late Kiilu Nyaa and Rebecca Kiilu. Husband of Margaret Mwikali Kakundi. Father of Dorothy and Peter (Nbi), Justus and Asumpta Mweu (Kitondo Sec), Erastus and Irene Mulinge (KEMRI, Nbi), Jones and Jane & Winfred Kioko (Mbooni sub-county hosp.), Grace and Stephen (Uvaani Sec), Dr. Blastus and Lilian Kakundi (Mbooni sub-county hosp.) and Augustus and Linah Kiilu (Kithoni Sec.). Brother of Joyce (Kambu), Tabitha (Uvaani) and Anne (Amedo Kakamega). Son-in-law of Grace Koki and late Philip Mbithi Nthakyo. Grandfather of Donatta, Phronesis, Befon, Brian, Graham, Tesslynne and Taji among others. Great grandfather of Rayvann and Olive. Brother in-law of Ex-Cllr. Sammy Mbithi (Tawa), Andrew Mbithi (Nbi), Prof. A. Mutuku Mwanthi (UoN) and Dishon Ngota (Kitale) among others.

The cortege leaves Montenzuma Funeral Home, Machakos, on Thursday 2/5/20 I 9 at 7:30 am for funeral service and burial from 10:00 am at his home in Uvaani village, Kalawani sub-ward, Mbooni sub-county, Makueni County.
