Rev. Fr. Peter Ngari Kimani
Appreciation
1/7/1952 – 1/4/2021
As we continue to thank our God for the life of Rev. Fr. Peter Ngari Kimani, we are grateful for the beautiful memories he created while he lived with us. We are grateful to all who journeyed with him all along and especially during his sickness. We thank the family members, relatives, friends, and caretakers.
Special thanks to Dennis Gichuki for the great sacrifice he made for Fr. Ngari. We appreciate his doctors (Dr.Wanyoike, Dr. Njau, Dr. Ngugi, Dr. Mbugua and Dr. Waihenya) and the whole Nairobi Hospital fraternity, including the Hospital’s Catholic Chaplaincy. We thank all those who participated in his requiem Masses in Parishes and in his Funeral Mass at the Cathedral. In a special way we thank the Most Rev. Peter Kairo, Archbishop Emeritus of the Archdiocese of Nyeri, the Clergy and the Religious who condoled with us and graced his send-off on 6th April 2021. We acknowledge that due to Covid-19 containment measures, many were not able to attend his send-off but still prayed with us. We say thank you.
May God recompense you all and may the soul of Fr. Peter Ngari continue to enjoy the beatific vision until we meet again.
Fr. Ngari, words are not enough to express how I feel about your demise. May the Lord in heaven grant you eternal rest until we meet again. May perpetual light shine upon thee forever. Amen
