lt’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Riccada Wachuka Kabiru on Thursday, 12th October 2017.

Loving Wife, prayer-partner and best-friend of 45-years of James Kabiru Nyingi. Daughter of the late Alfred & the late Luigina Wothaya King’ori of Karima,Othaya and Daughter-in- law of the late Jeremiah and the late Jane Wanjiku Nyingi of Ngaru, Othaya.

Mother of Wanjiku & George Gathu,Wangari Kabiru, Alex & Ruth Mumbe Nyingi, Nancy Kabiru, Alfred King’ori and Mike Kirira. Loving Grandmother ofAbraham Mwaniki, and Leo & Luke Nyingi. Sister of the late John & Margaret Maingi, Philip & Lucy Gitahi, Margaret & Christopher Ndonga, Teresiah & Joseph Githinji, Francis & Romana Kinyua and the late James & Nancy Kamanu. Sister-in-law of Michael & the late Beth Maina, Joel & Grace Mwangi, Joseph & Elizabeth Thuku, Nancy & the late John Geitangi and the Late Sabinah & the late James Wamiti.

Friends and Family are meeting daily for prayers and thanks giving at her home in Buruburu from 6.30pm. There will be a Requiem Mass on Wednesday, 18th October 2017 at her home in Buruburu from 7pm. The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home – Nairobi on Saturday, 21st October 2017 for Mass at Holy Trinity Buruburu One Catholic Church at 10am followed by burial at Lang’ata Cemetery.
